2 User Accounts & Security

When creating an account on Pishonmarket, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.

• Users must be at least 18 years old or access the platform under parental supervision.
• Immediate notification is required upon discovering unauthorized account access.
• Pishonmarket reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating safety policies.

3 Marketplace & Vendor Relations

Pishonmarket operates as a multi-vendor platform where independent sellers list and fulfill items directly to customers. While we enforce strict vendor verification guidelines:

4 Pricing, Payments & Currency

All prices listed on Pishonmarket are displayed in USD (or local default currency) and are inclusive of applicable transaction processing fees unless stated otherwise.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and digital payment options through secure encrypted gateways. We never store raw payment card data on our servers.

5 Shipping & Order Fulfillment

Orders are processed and dispatched by verified vendors within the estimated handling windows specified on each product page. Tracking information will be emailed and updated in your customer portal upon shipment.

6 Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Customers are entitled to request returns within 30 days of item receipt for defective, damaged, or misdescribed products. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging with intact security tags.

7 Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, logos, UI designs, code, graphics, and text on Pishonmarket are the intellectual property of the platform or its licensors. Reproduction without written consent is strictly prohibited.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pishonmarket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform use or vendor interactions.
